Biography

Partner Toby L. Gerber concentrates his practice in bankruptcy, reorganization and creditor rights, commercial litigation, and the transportation industry. He is experienced in reorganization, syndicated lending, and troubled debt workouts. He represents financial institutions, non-bank lenders and a variety of other clients on bankruptcy and commercial litigation matters, as well as transportation issues.

Toby's experience is broad. He has acted as lead bankruptcy counsel for bank groups, lenders and creditor groups in major cases throughout the United States and in numerous foreign jurisdictions.
